What does power mean to you? Using colorful materials, explore this question as you make a mosaic. Consider composition, shapes and colors much like the artist Mickalene Thomas!

Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones under 5 years old are invited to the NYPL Harlem Library to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding.  Session A is designed for organizations and agencies providing care for pre-school aged children.

Lil' Studio is part of The Studio Museum's inHarlem initiative, designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its own walls.

Lil' Studio is free, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
