NYPL Harlem Branch - 9 W. 124th St.
Lil' Studio is now part of inHarlem, The Studio Museum in Harlem's initiative designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its walls.
Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to The New York Public Library Harlem Branch to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding. Session A is designed for organizations and agencies providing care for pre-school aged children. Session B welcomes parents and caregivers.
In this program, engage your little one in literacy, music, and language development through art making. Enjoy an interactive reading about color and explore the artwork of Stanley Whitney as you mix clay to create a vibrant mosaic!
Lil' Studio is free and refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
